Disputed US-backed GHF Aid Organization Terminates Relief Activities
The debated, US and Israel-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) declares it is winding down its aid operations in the affected area, after almost six months.
The organisation had earlier paused its multiple aid distribution centers in Gaza subsequent to the halt in hostilities between Palestinian factions and Israel came into force six weeks ago.
The GHF aimed to bypass the UN as the main supplier of humanitarian assistance to Gazans.
